Shelley’s journey into the world of travel started back in 2010 when she launched On the Go in MCO. What began as a way to share her Orlando adventures turned into over a decade of whirlwind theme parks, resorts, and hidden gems!
Shelley spent eight years sharing the stories and thrills of Orlando with television stations, radio shows, and news outlets across the country, but discovered her love of the Smokies on her first visit to Dollywood in 2016.
Dollywood is where she has built priceless family memories, found endless inspiration in Dolly’s incredible drive, and fallen head-over-heels for that world-famous Smokey Mountain hospitality. (And okay…the cinnamon bread, too!!!)
Dolly once said she wanted every guest to feel as special as she did on opening day, and that is exactly how she wants you to feel when you read this blog!
When she is not chasing down the latest park news or her chihuahuas, she is a wife, mom, Virginia Tech grad (Go Hokies!!!), and a total exclamation point enthusiast!
